The only issue I had was on Lawn Fawn Release day there was construction and the lobby was closed so I had to place an order that was packed. I would have received a better discount if I was able to pick up in store then when I placed my order to be picked up. That was the only issue I had. I am grateful I was able to place the order online and still get the items that day.

I had to call and check on a pre order that I paid for ( Chickens by Echo Park). I didn't talk to anyone because no one answered but later that day it was mailed the same day that you mailed Yankee Doodle . I was asked to pay $5.99 for shipping on the chickens paper ( which I did ) but if you would have called back I might have been able to tell you to ship them together and save myself $5.99
